but because no structured decision process was undertaken at the outset.
The Smart Discovery Package provides an independent,
fixed-scope analysis before any litigation pathway is funded.
Clean Law is fully capable of courtroom advocacy but deliberately refrains from conducting contested hearings.
This separation allows early advice to remain structurally independent from trial work.

What This Analysis Provides

For a capped fee of $750 plus GST and disbursements, Clean Law will:
review your documents and instructions
identify the legal issues requiring determination
outline viable procedural options
map likely cost stages
identify risks of escalation
summarise the three most credible pathways forward
This is not a brief.
It does not commence litigation.
It does not bind you to any next step.
You may:
proceed under Clean Law’s settlement lane
instruct an independent courtroom lawyer
seek further advice elsewhere
or take no action
Your authority remains intact.
