About Clean Law

Clean Law is an Australian civil litigation practice.

We act within existing Australian law, professional obligations, and judicial discretion. Our work is directed to dispute resolution, cost oversight, and client-side legal services where permitted by law.

Clean Law operates independently. We do not accept referral fees, commissions, or shared profits with other law firms or lawyers.

All legal services are provided by Legal Liaison Ltd (ACN 678 720 986 | ABN 54 678 720 986), trading as Clean Law. Legal Liaison Ltd is solely responsible for those services. Clean Law operates under licence from B&W Trust, which does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Our practice is structured to ensure that professional duties, client authority, and regulatory obligations remain clear and non-conflicting at all times. Where relevant, the boundaries of our role are set out in our published policies.

Clean Law’s paramount duty is to the court and the proper administration of justice. Within that framework, our duty is to act in the interests of our clients, in accordance with professional standards.
