Abstract

This companion schedule illustrates how contemporaneous, non-privileged material may assist where attribution becomes relevant to a deduction claimed from settlement value.

It does not propose any new judicial rule, evidentiary presumption or settlement approval requirement. It illustrates only one possible evidentiary pathway without reconstructing privileged litigation strategy.
